"A Couture Summer Extravaganza" E&J - St. Regis Princeville, Kauai, Hawaii

"When Someone Else's Happiness is Your Happiness - That Is Love"
What a Wonderful Way to End Our Summer Wedding Season.  MartinRoberts Design along with Belle Destination Weddings & Events - together created "A Couture Summer Extravaganza".  It was not only The Wedding of the Year - it left our Entire Team, Guests, The Bride and The Groom at Lost for Words - It's Beauty was Far Beyond what anyone could have Imagined Possible.  She was Remarkable and we are so excited to share this Beaut with All of You!
Walk with us through a day of Pure Bliss & Perfection~

This Gorgeous Lush Draped Ceremony Arch framed the Bride & Groom along with hundreds of Hanging Floral Garlands, Glass orbs with large single blooms & Individually Placed Phalaenopsis Orchid Plants.  These Elements Enhanced the Kamani Cove Venue like you've never seen before.

White Lounge Cabanas, White Leather Sofas & Pure
White Arrnagements - Created a Comfy Lounge Area for Guests
to enjoy While Watching the Sun Set out on Beautiful Hanalei Bay.

Custom Lace Wrapped Vases with Lush Floral Arrangements along with Varying Heights of Candles - Welcomed Guests as they Arrived for the Night's Festivities.

Inspired by the Infamous Floral Wall - Displayed at Kanye & Kim's Couture Wedding, MartinRoberts Design took the same concept and made it our own.  Standing 8' Tall - this Floral Wall was the Focal Piece of the Entire Reception.  Over 4,000 insertions, The Bride & Grooms Initials in Silver topped off with Fuchsia Orchids Spilling off of the Top - this Ombre Floral Masterpiece was Mind-Blowing on so Many Levels.

The Entire Room was filled with Lush Cascading Orchid Arrangements, Candles, Hand Stitched Couture Beaded Table Linens - Silver Luxe Chargers & a Single Napkin Accent Bloom.  We truly brought a new meaning to the word "Romance".

The Moment that I stepped back to take in everything that we had Created - there was a moment of Silence.  She was beyond perfect in every way.  Bringing a Bride's  Dream to Life - is by far one of the most rewarding achievements of the job.  Often times designers will step back and think to themselves "If I could do it again I would do this differently..."  On this Very Day, at this Very Event, and in that Very Moment - I had no such thought because My Vision & the Bride's Dream had come together beautifully and we displayed it Flawlessly - there was nothing I would have changed.  Our Talented Team once again pulled off a Picture Perfect Event - we are so Proud to have been a part of Such an Extravagant Event.  Wishing the very best to this Wonderful Couple!

"The Signature Piece" A Perfect Bouquet Made Just For You

Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue - And the Perfect Bouquet made just for You~
A stroll through 2014 and just a few of our favorite bouquets created by our Talented Design Team.  There's something so Unique and Beautiful when a Bride is selecting her Perfect Bouquet.  Often times it is the Inspiration of Various Bouquets, Combined together which the end result is "The Signature Piece".  Your Bridal Bouquet should be thought of as the "Focal Point" of your entire event.  I like to refer back to the bouquet as the starting point for the design flow.  You'll hear me explaining to my clients - that everything starts from the Top to the Bottom.  Therefore it Starts with you - with Your Dress, Your Bouquet and it should be a cohesive flow thereafter.  I am someone who follows Fashion and it's ever changing  ways - I am a Firm Believer that the Dress and the Bouquet should Always go Hand in Hand.  After all it's only one of the Biggest Days of your Life - it Should be Picture Perfect.

Pictured above: A natural loose organic designed bouquet.  Various shades of blue & white; accented with Dusty Miller - a great display of "Something Blue".

Statement Flowers - Such as the King Protea featured above, are always fun and something different not often seen in most bouquets.  We softened it up by adding just a touch of blush spray roses.

Garden Roses - a classic flower used most often in Bridal Bouquets.  They are such great accent flowers as well as a focal flowers.  They can be combined with just about anything and will always result in "Perfection".

The Award for the Most Popular Bridal Color of 2014 - would hands down go to "Blush".  Blush was seen quite a bit throughout this last year.  It's softness and beauty was something all Brides wanted for their Special Day.  When Selecting Flowers to create your Perfect Blush Bouquet - Remember this: Roses should Always be at the Top of your List~

Color, Color - and More Color.  With as Many Brides that took the "Blush" Road - we had quite a few who wanted that "POP" of color.  Designed with a variety of Orchids, Roses, Succulents and Other Floral Elements - we definitely delivered that "POP".

Playing it Safe and Keeping it Classic is never a bad thing either.  Above we have the Traditional Cascading Orchid Bouquet - with a Modern
Flare.
Below - The All White Timeless Calla Lily Bouquet, Simplicity at it's Finest.

"White Done Right" Sheryl & Daylan : Anini, Kauai - Hawaii

"With that Ring - I Gave You My Heart"
What a Classic, Timeless, "White Done Right" Wedding for the beautiful couple, Sheryl & Daylan.  Taking place at a Private Home on the Lush North Shore of Kauai - MartinRoberts Design, along with Karen Oliver of Volare Events teamed up to create this "Picture Perfect" Event.  Special Thanks to Weddings by Sasha for Capturing these Flawless Images.  We present to you our vision of     "White Done Right".

Garden Roses; the focal flowers in these Gorgeous Bouquets - our bride picked the Perfect Bouquet to compliment her Elegant Gown.  As the saying goes - it takes the "Right" Bouquet to complete the Dress for your Special Day - Sheryl couldn't have done it better.

Our Reclaimed Wood Arch, Asymmetrical Fabric Draping & Florals, Lush Floral Tie Backs - what a Sight to See.

This Season its all about "Couture Linens" whether it's the "Welcome Table" as pictured here, the Cake Table or the Sweetheart Table - we Highly Recommended going in the direction of a Couture Linen to really add that extra "POP".

White on White on White - It's the only way to Truly execute an "All White Wedding".  For this event we decided that the White Table Centerpieces would be at their Best if displayed on none other than our Customized Farm Tables.  These Dark Brown Tables provided the accent we needed to really set the Tone for the Occasion.  White Linen Runners, Coordinating Napkins & Candles - Perfection!

Since the arrangements were Low and Lush - the Height Factor was then brought into the table scape through the Candles - which we customize  design based on each event.  Candles complete the overall table setup -  and this is such an important factor that often times is overlooked.  People have the tendency to think that Low Lush Florals should have Low Candles or No Candles - Wrong:)  You want to create Depth - and what better way to do this than with Candles, Lots and Lots and Lots of them.

Simplicity, is the Ultimate Sophistication.  This was the direction our Team headed in when Designing and Creating this Timeless Occasion.  I am and always have been a Huge Fan of "All White Weddings" - however, they must be done right.  Upgraded Linens, Runners & Napkins - is a definite YES!  The right combination of white flowers & just a Dash of Greenery Accents and there you have it! Congratulations to our Lovely Couple:

"Modern Tropical Flare" - Sonia & Kendall Private Estate, North Shore Kauai

The Spectacular Views of the Hanalei Bay, Large Wood Pedestals with Cascading Modern Tropical Arrangements, Bamboo Chairs - the Picture Perfect Setting for Sonia & Kendall.  This Modern Artistic Couple envisioned Wood Elements, Clean Lines and a Touch of Tropical Flare for their Big Day - and this is just what MartinRoberts Design delivered.  These bold colors accompanied by wood accents, I would have to say was the Perfect Modern Tropical Affair~

Long Rectangular Tables created a relaxed Family Style Setting for their Guests.  Khaki colored Linens, Bamboo Reed Runners & Vibrant Turquoise Napkins - topped off with our Natural Chivari Chairs, Simply Splendid for all Eyes to See as they entered the Tent.

Bold, Beautiful, Tropicals with a touch of Soft Romantic Roses & Variegated Exotic Greenery - renders a  Modern Tropical Arrangement on so many different levels.  Often times we think that a True Tropical Wedding means strictly Tropical Flowers - this is false.  From a Designer's Viewpoint - I feel that a combination of Soft Romantic Flowers, such as Roses paired together with heavier denser flowers as Tropicals are known to be - they create a Uniquely Balanced Arrangement.  This is the key to designing Your Tropical Weddings or as I always say - Doin' It Right~

Lounge Around and Enjoy the View - Highly Recommended for all Outside Events.  You want to Create an Area where Guests can Sit Back, Relax and Socialize.  What better way to do it than with our Rattan Lounge Sets - besides looking great they are comfy, and we all know comfort is key!

Everything about this Event was Bold, Modern and Yes Tropical - we had a Blast working with this Remarkable Couple and we could not have been more Pleased with the Finished Product, Simple with that Dash of Our Very Own Style brought to you by none other than the amazing Design Team of MartinRoberts.  Congratulations to Sonia & Kendall!!!
