Details, Details, Details...

It's all about the details. Sure you have a color and theme, but if you have another element that you intend to incorporate into your wedding make sure you embrace it - it maybe what you need to take your event from Ordinary to OH MY GOSH! With a cohesive plan that begins at the moment you send out your invitations make sure you echo a feel throughout your day and you will score the 'Wedding Wow" points you so desire.

Here's a glimpse at a simple wedding that took a Pink and Green Color Pallet and a favorite element: River Rocks. We ran with it - creating Uber-Fabulous without breaking the bank!

The bouquets set the color stage.

Your use of color, flowers, fabric and ribbons should coordinate throughout.

Take it one step further and use matching fonts from begining to end. The fonts you use on your invites should be applied to your menus, place cards and everything in between.

White: The New Black!

Bright and bold colors have been the had-to-have hues for so many of our past events in Hawaii. Makes sense on lush tropical islands where flora is drenched in dramatic tones of orange, fuchsia, greens, and yellow. But recently, many couples have decided to go a different direction and are looking for a timeless, yet elegant look. Whites and Neutrals are now a preferred pick! Sophisticated, simple and modern, yet capturing a chic, beachy tropical feel through the use of shells, bamboo and other elements.

Going Green with Glam.

More and more couples who share a commitment to the environment are thinking about sustainability and applying green-concepts to create elegant 'Eco-engagements'. What better place to create a gorgeous 'Green Wedding' than right here on the Garden Island of Kauai. Consider one of many pristine outdoor venues and tap into Mother Nature's constant resources. Here are a few ideas using organic elements from our own backyard.

Set the mood; simple decor elements made from reclaimed wood.
